1. Enquiries and quotations
Quotations are prepared from the information supplied by the customer, including unit type, size, intended use, delivery postcode, access conditions, preferred colour or finish, preferred timing, and any fabrication or conversion requirements. Prices, availability, specifications, lead times, and delivery costs should be confirmed before acceptance.
2. Specifications and changes
Container condition, dimensions, colours, finishes, accessories, conversion details, and service options may vary by stock and project scope. Any changes requested after a quotation may affect price, timing, and delivery arrangements.
3. Delivery and site access
Customers should provide accurate access information before delivery, including route restrictions, gates, slopes, ground conditions, overhead cables, turning space, and placement requirements. Delivery and offload are subject to safe access, suitable ground, and agreed vehicle requirements.
4. Orders, deposits, and project handover
Purchase terms, fabrication slot deposits, payment timings, servicing, damage responsibility, warranties, and handover requirements should be agreed in writing for each job. Custom fabrication work should include a written specification before production begins.
5. Final approval
